Phone booked in for warranty repairs

hi guys, its utterly disappointed service from you guys to mention today.. i have booked in i phone which is faulty device that i got from my brother, it is still under so much warranty.i have delayed from my end to book in for two months, later i have managed to get into your head office to book in.. on 31st i have received a message saying the phone is in que for repairs, i called today no feedback at all.. still the same, why do you guys do such ******** service to the customers, one should think how am i going to suggest about your company contracts with this poorest service on earth, i am really fed-up with your service, i am hoping atleast hello peter complaint can make this issue better and make sure to resolve quicker...if you need anyfurther info call me<br> i am going to spread the word about your poorest service that i received from you
