Phone bill very high for 2 months

My husband got a bill of 2300.00 at the end of January and today again R2600.00.We went to autopage and they told us that he must have mistakenly clicked on a link and subscribed to something.So there we cancelled the subscription and now again we get a bill.Autopage is closed now,so to who do we go to with this,This is alot of money to throw away like this.We need assistance please
