phone back from repairers in JHB Unrepaired

My Sony Xperia Z3 's battery was low, i placed the phone on charge and it just switched off, I then left it on charge for an hour and it never switched on it just became hot, I then had my Sony Xperia Booked in at Autopage Canal Walk on 30.12.2015, received an sms to say that the phone is booked in for repairs and then a week there after received an sms to say that its ready for collection. When i got there and asked the guy to switch the phone on, as the phone was booked in for repairs due to it not switching on, he then advised that they didn't fix the phone as its beyond repairable due to customer Abuse.<br> <br> The phone was never exposed to water or dust, does not have a single crack or scratch on it but they claim its CUSTOMER PHYSICAL ABUSE, band then Kyle who assessed the phone in JHB decided to cease my warranty which only expires in February. <br> <br> I have sent the manager Rozina a mail 3 days ago, i haven't heard anything from anybody. <br>
