Payments not allocated

on several occasions my account has been suspended from autopage cellular, even though payments has been made everymonth via EFT, and proof of payment were emailed.<br> <br> In July alone, my account were suspended 8 times!!!!!! after another phone call and another email, account is being reinstated. up till today, amount paid is not shown on my account, and yet again, my account has been suspended.<br> <br> <br> PLEASE SORT OUT YOUR COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT!!!!!
