Payment

I made a payment to AltechAutopage on the 6th of Jan because they ddnt debit my account and i was worries i was going to use the money and my phone will be locke dfor non payments,I chose public recipient on my Fnb Internet banking and it was R500 I used my ID number as a reference,,End of Jan they debited my account twice and i Phone to find out why coz i made a payment n Jan,and i was told they ddn tpick up that payment ans was aske to send POP of which i did but up until today they cant seem to pick up a payment,i work in accounts department and it cannot be that hard to pick up a payment,especially when u given a date and all the info,,I need to know whats hapening i'm not that rich to just let R500 go or to wait 3 months for payment to be picked up,I need it refunded into my account
