Paying for sms 500 that was not requested

During March I went to Autopage branch in Nelspruit, to remove BIS of R51.75 on my account, I upgrade my phone on 1/4/2014 to an iPhone, and Autopage was supposed to remove the BIS as I no longer used a Blackberry. I've been paying for BIS for a whole year, after they upgraded me. Fezile @ the branch send a request to H/O to stop this and query refund. We decided to upgrade my contract to MTNSky, and remove the 200SMS I've got, I don't know what the did, but they've removed the 200sms and put 500sms'e. I went back on 15/5/2015 query the refund of the BIS for the past year and the 500sms'e that I'm Paying for. ***, the debit order went off today for July, and still I'm paying for 500sms'e and still no refund on the BIS. I'm so frustrated with Autopage, you can't get through to H/O and I don't have the time to go to the branch every month, and it doesn't help either, as I went there in March and again in May, and still it is a total mess. I would not recommend anyone to take out a contract with them, there service is BAD.
