Paying for services NOT rendered
I have received a bill for R14000-00 for Internet use. When I started the contract, I specifically asked for no surprises and was told that my account would be a fixed bill. This went well for a whole year and it was bliss. Then I suddenly had to pay R5000-00, which I did and then came the whopper of R14000-00!! On inquiry I was told that yes, it is possible for a fixed bill but NO
