paying for a service which is not delivered

trying to sort out this account for more than a year and still experiencing problems. spoke to various staff @ autopage as well as managers and still the query cannot be resolved. This is very unprofessional. they have been charging me for a contract and a service that is not being delivered. i have been promised that every time i pay the account it will be sorted out and once payment was made, 2 days later they would suspend the service.<br> it has also taken them more than a year to port a number, which is still unresolved.
