PAYING FOR A PRODUCT NOT IN MY POSSESSION

I did an upgrade via the customer care who continuously contacted me as my upgrade was due Oct 2015. I received the upgrade which was a Lenovo TAB, within a day of receiving it via dhl, I contacted Autopage to ask why I was not able to make phone calls as well. Apparently this TAB could not make calls, hence me contacting Autopage within the 7 day return period if you are not happy with the product as the contract upgrade was not correctly explained to me. DHL collected the TAB to take back to the warehouse. Since Oct 2015 to date I have been making phone calls on a weekly basis to ask when the contract was going to be reversed as currently it reflects that I upgraded and my next upgrade is only due in 2017. There is a monthly deduction since the end of Oct 2015 of R149 every month for an handset/TAB that I returned to Autopage and no one can sort the problem out. I'm am wanting to cancel this contract now and am told that I cannot because Autopage has not received a credit note from the warehouse. In the interim, Autopage has migrated and my contract is now with Glocell, my problem is still not sorted out and I continue to pay for something I do not have.
