Altech Autopage failed to:<br> <br> 1. deduct my debit order for 9 months.<br> 2. make me aware of this for 7 months.<br> 3. tell me what my contract is made up of.<br> 4. send me an invoice for 7 months.<br> 5. negotiate payment terms.<br> 6. act professionally.<br> 7. keep me as a customer, and the list can go on and on.<br> <br> The only thing they did right was disconnect my phone which I use for business and emergencies.<br> <br> If you failed to bill me or get your systems right, it is your problem not mine. Don't go around and threaten clients when they are trying to play ball with you after the error is on your end!<br> <br> I have identified significant deficiencies in your systems for you and you just cut my phone off, it really feels like I am dealing with a 3 year old going on a rant because they can't have another sweet.
