pathetic the whole organization

well I got a call from auto page that I owe them for a contract I had not taken out they then sent me a ***** form which I filled in and sent back to them which was beginning of the year 2015. same year last year I wanted to apply for a car and was told I am blacklisted by Autopage I called them to sort this out they kept on sending me from pillar to post and said they had sent the letter to Experian I then told them I had just spoken to the people from their and that the letter had not arrived but they would not listen hence to date my name is still listed on ITC for an account I had not taken even after I had spoken to them and asked them to sort it out.
