pathetic service once agian

My phone got stollen(sister in law uses the number and pays for it).I locked the line and blacklisted the device yesterday.I was told I can call back do to a simswop on a later stage.Today I called wanted to do a simswop I was told the simkaart has to issued by autopage.I dont stay in the same town as my brother and sister in law,and dont have the money for courier service as the simcard has be deliverd due to the fact that there is no autopage in Belfast.Why wasn't this info provided when I called to blacklist the Phone.Autopage service delivery sucks big time!!!!!.But they are quick to want the payment each month
