Pathetic Service once again!!!!

I was not even surprised when Altech once again failed to live up to their word - so glad I am done with them! I suggest that anyone considering using them rethink their decision seven million times and choose another option. I specifically requested my number to be transferred to prepaid upon expiry of my contract, no surprise that my number is now deleted after the guy at the Woodlands Boulevard Branch confirmed that the request has been logged, I specifically asked him several times during my time in the store - now I know why he was hired in the first place, he fits the Altech description perfectly!!! Worst 2 years of my life while having to use a contract through them!!!
