Pathetic Service from Altech Autopage

I received one of those dreaded calls stating that my account was in arrears from an Agent called Craig Radebe who was one of the most rude service agents I have ever dealt with. I told him my account was not in arrears and was paid on the 26 February and that I have Proof of payment. He told me that that was for February but what about March. I rep**** and told him its only March now and only due at the end of the month. I have never been late with payment. I also have been their client form past 21 years. He hung up the phone with me and after a few minutes my cell was disconnected.<br> Took more than 20 calls to eventually have them reconnect my cell and admit they were in error. There is no way possible to talk to a supervisor or manager. Keep getting told they all out or busy and cant take your call. <br> Time to change suppliers. These guys are disgusting!!!!!
