PATHETIC SERVICE - AUTOPAGE CELLULAR

I have been a loyal customer of Altech autopage for a while now. Needed to cancel my account so I called the call centre and naturally, they should have a process that is followed - simple. Not so simple!! They asked that I settle the account which I agreed to doing. Money was debited off my account, but when I called through to cancel - I got transferred MANY times to different departments, my call was dropped, my call was then hanging for a while - called back many time with the same response. When I was helped, it was by inefficient people who kept changing their story. In the end a lady named Shirley helped me, however, I was told to call back in 24 hours. Regardless, this pathetic service and uninformed call centre agents have convinced me to NEVER take another contract with such an inefficient telecoms co ever again. All I can hope to do now is to call back in 24 hours and hope that I am not shirked around again. Guys, do yourself a favour and DONT take out a contract with ALTECH AUTOPAGE!!!
