Pathetic Service

I took out a new contract with Autopage on 16 January 2015.Blackberry 9720.During November 2015 I took the phone back as it was not charging. I waited nearly 6 weeks for the phone to be repaired and returned, yet to my horror I discovered that the phone was marked as BER, (Beyond Economic Repair.) Manny, the owner indicated that they the Repairers, claimed it was intentional damage, Track damage to the charging block. He claimed the phone was worth -R2.500-00 and that is was not worth their while to repair it. Yet the BER was on a Cell C letterhead, not a Blackberry approved dealership. I had the phone repaired at TTS in Port Elizabeth, a Blackberry approved repairer for R480-00. <br> Is Altech *****ing all it's customers this way, I wonder. Have 2 contracts with them, never again. So much for Consumer Protection from Altech Autopage. And really why would I stuff up my own phone!! Thanks Autopage for your pathetic service.
