PATHETIC SERVICE

I am so disgusted with Altech Autopage, beginning October we realised that we got billed since 2013 for data that we never received, we also got billed for data on a normal contract which we also did not receive. The assistant in the Greenstone Mall shop assisted us to lodge a query on both these credits and promised to get back to me with the credit amount. No response received from anyone, eventually ended up at the Branch Manager over the Eastgate and Greenstone shop last week Friday who promised to phone me back on Monday to assist to get my query sorted. What is new, again no feedback from anyone at autopage - was trying the whole of this week to get hold of her, left one message after the other, but no one seems to be bothered. On Wednesday I made a call to the headoffice to see if they will help me since I can not get any joy from all the other people, I was promised 3 times by Gabbi that she will phone me back, which never happened. This morning when I phoned again, I was told that Gabbi was on the phone - I asked to hold for her ( which also seemed to be a problem), but after holding for a few minutes I was just cut off. One word for their service.....PATHETIC!!!!!!
