Settlement qoutes were signed and payments done to have the 2 cancelled with the 083 number to be converted to prepaid. It was emailed and faxed through to you<br> We have been phoning every ****** day trying to find out whats a happening. Each time we are met with same response: Waiting management approval. Last week Thursday i was advised that cancelation department only received the doc THE DAY BEFORE!!!<br> Where are these management people? Are they on a permanent coffee break??? This is EXACTLY why we are canceling these contracts, due to *********** PATHETIC service from Altech.<br> Get this SORTED TODAY!!!!!<br> In the meantime since you are to lazy to sort this out, we will do a stop order to prohibit you from *******ly debiting our account since we already PAID THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT IN FULL!!!
