Pathetic service

We bought a new cellphone battery for a Samsung S3 Mini 25/01/2014. In early June the battery did not hold it's charge for more than 3 hours so we went back to the store, with the invoice, and the staff promised to replace the battery and would order a new battery. They said it would take +- 5 working days and they would contact me when it had arrived. To date I have not heard a word from them.<br> <br> When my wife went to the store last week (11/06/2014) to inquire where the battery was they informed her that 'They had received no stock of anything' since our first visit.<br> <br> Now if you believe that then you have rocks in your head! How does a store survive without stock?<br> <br> It's time for this store to wake up and smell the roses...
