PATHETIC SERVICE

I called in Sun to let the callcent know my airtime and sms are dissapperng spoke to Dudu who told me she would check and call me back and i got no response to date. she instead gave me a code which is all the altech cs gives you when u have a prob. Monday i called back was given a code and a promise to call back i was told i was subscribed to a dating service which is a LIE and Mira networks who i phoned they confirmed i have no subscrip with them *** my SMS's disappear and my airtime i get no signal and all they tell me is they can give me a code for it. i have now cancelled my contract due to pathetic service and staff who are only wel versed on CODES which they don't explain to clients and which DO NOT WORK. Altech is quick to sign us up take their debits but their service SUCKS!!!
