Pathetic service

I reported my phone being ****** at their westwood branch . I was told to call Autopage and ask for an ITC number . Now 4 days later and more than 10 calls later I still cant get a number , nor can any senior person contact me . TO add to my misery when I call the call centre , my call gets dropped after going through 2 or 3 phases . Is this the service given to a client that spent more than R 40 000 .00 with them with not a single payment being delayed ??????<br> <br> I definitely will not renew any contracts with them in the future
