Pathetic service

Phone handed in for repair on the 25th Feb. Took 17 days to deliver to repair center (Eastgate to Kempton Park 15km's) . Took another 11 days to assess and send quote. Which I rejected the same day (repair cost more than a new phone) and requested phone be returned. 7 weeks later still no phone. Autopage at Eastgate are unable/refuse/*********** to find the whereabouts of the phone. The so called customer care are as useless telling me I must phone the branch. Tired of going around in circles. What now? Legal route to retrieve my phone. Autopage get your act together. <br>
