Pathetic service

I am not going to explain the whole story, but this is the poorest service from a supplier I have ever received. My phone was sent in for repairs, and 5 weeks later I have not yet received a answer about my phone. And I have insurance on my phone. As I can see that there are numerous complaints about autopage on one day, I am not even surprised about the service I received. <br> <br> My reference nr for the insurance claim is AUT045078, Ill be waiting to see if I get help after this complaint, if not, I will be cancelling my contract and go to another service provider who wants and appreciates the business I offer.
