Pathetic service

It has been 10 days since I was supposed to be migrated to my new package. Every time I phone Call Centre they give me a new ref no and say they will report problem. I have no data on my phone and they can't even get that part done! Waiting for 3 days now to upload data I asked for and this morning Call Centre told me it failed and they will try again. I'm sitting with a huge bill already, because I pay out of data rates. I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED!!! No one has even tried to phone me back since they have been reported. Autopage is totally *********** and does not care about their customers! Stay away from this Company! Totally useless
