PATHETIC SERVICE

I have been a Premium client with Autopage for the last 17yrs and would never expected this kind of service. In January I was on holiday & my phone was dropped in water, I contacted Autopage immediately to have it fixed or to at least get a loan phone (NOTHING) they fetched it the next day with NO LOAN PHONE, weeks went by & still heard NOTHING eventually we got hold of them NOTHING was done to the phone they said IME num doesn't match (BULL****)got a loan phone OMG my son has a better phone and his 10yrs it drops calls, cant save numbers, messages it barely works. We are now heading for April they bring it to my office untouched. This is absolutely ridiculous I don't advise anyone to take out a contract with this pathetic company they will ***** you over
