PATHETIC SERVICE

The folks at Altech Auto page Cellular do not know what they are doing.<br> I am very livid as to date, I have not had any feedback to my queries as per numerous emails and follow ups made. All I get is a ticket closed.<br> My Cellular Phone got suspended for the third time by Altech Auto page due their incompetence to resolve my query. This is unacceptable and I have lost business due this fact. I will be complaining to the regulator as this is a company not capable of doing what it is supposed to.<br> I now sit with a locked phone despite no warning at all and lost revenue | business of R104,040.00Excl VAT)<br> The lady I spoke to was not versed to even communicate what the feedback on the system read. The person Philisi Mltshwa said \she's battling and don't really know what they out on the system but the query is resolved"Now if she doesn't know why doesn't she ask and get back to me the client. This level of stupendousness is unacceptable and my query remains unresolved. I am in dispute of the invoice and they cant resolve.<br> This matter will be reverted to the Ombudsman and all correspondence forwarded.<br> I never had these issues when I was with Nashauamobile.
