Pathetic Service

After signing up for a contract, I am constantly being over charged for no specific or justifiable reason. Furthermore, when I query the issue, I am told that it has been resolved (and that is after I have to constantly follow up or else there is no feedback or response). However the problem recurs month on month. Totally frustrated and disappointed with the service and attitude received from staff and the manager. No ethic or professionalism at all!
