Pathetic service

Altech is more than happy to bill you and collect their money on time but when you need them, they will be nowhere to be found.<br> USSD codes are charged at a certain rate and this past weekend I requested my balance more than 5 times and charged for each time I requested my balance but till this day I am still waiting for that sms showing my available balance. This is the 2nd time I've had to complain about Altech since being migrated from Nashua. <br> I'll throw a party the day my contact ends. <br> Worst service provider I've had to deal with, ever.
