Pathetic service

This morning I received an email saying that my contract will be cancelled on such an such a day. I gave no instruction to do so.. All I did was enquire how do I go about cancelling and keeping my number on prepaid as I thought their service is pathetic. Firstly it took them ages to respond , then they cancel with out my permission nor do they care why I want to move to another service provider.
