Pathetic people skills

I wanted to phone my friend from Dubai whom is currently visiting South Africa. He is still using his Dubai number therefore the need to make an international call. I phoned the customer care centre to activate my international calling/roaming function. The first consultant said give it 30min then restart the phone then it will work. It didn't,another call later the consultant said 2 to 24 hours...28 hours later and 5 calls later still not working. Simpiwe answered my call 3 times and failed to a sit and even just dropped the call. I have tried another 4 times but can't even get through now. I am paying for a service which I am not getting which is pathetic. I will not renew this contract!
