Pathetic not once not twice but 3 TIMES !!!

In my family we had 3 altech contracts , and every single 1 was being billed after the contract has been cancelled and number has been on prepaid . If we hadnt noticed we would be still paying because it doesnt stop until you call the call centre. <br> the last contract which was nashua and became altech was charging for bis services yet the phone on contract was a samsung . i have queried that and has never been refunded! <br> When will altech get their billing right and stop robbing the customers. <br> <br>
