pathetic company and your customer service sucks
On the 4th of November I logged a complaint about ridiculous over billing, outstanding items due and pathetically poor customer service. To my surprise I received feedback the following day... Good day sir, thanks for bringing this to our attention. WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU SHORTLY. And since then I have not heard from anyone. Then I got to thinking, hellopeter may have lost its effect in terms of that companies don't take it seriously anymore. Should I take this to social media? Face book, twitter?
