Pathetic Cancellation Process!

I have been trying to cancel my contract for going on months, to date you are still debiting me. I have sent the request via email, via the website, even went so far as to stop the debit order and reverse the amount and still the next month you debit me, but to fool the system, you change them debit order amount.<br> I have never dealt with a company this terrible!<br> <br> I want the contract cancelled how difficult a request is this? and I want my money back from you, I sent the request the fact that you cannot do your job has less than nothing to do with me! <br> <br> all communication I received the agents say I don't exist on your system to cancel however when debiting me I miraculously appear on the system!
