Pathetic Blocked Service

Since the tookover of CellC clients from Nashua Mobile, Altech Autopage handling of their clients is just one huge nightmare. My line keep on getting blocked for no reason. Everytime I call the call centre the agents assure me that my account is paid up to date. They even admitted when I called them again last night that their system is cutting people off automatically for no reason. The assured me again that there are technicians working on it but my line will be reinstated in an hour or 2. It's the next day almost 11:15 and I am still out a service. Come on, this is really pathetic. Is this really the service you have to offer?
