pathetic and should just be closed

i have never been so frustrated in my entire life, i have had a contract with altech for almost 13 years and for past two years altech has gone down in terms of service. i have been billed on things that i dont even know, what has really gone wrong with altech, i have decided to take my contract to Cell C
