Pathetic after sales service

I got a contract form Altech Mt Edgecombe October 2014 for Nokia 520<br> My handset has software issues. so i go to the store which i have dealt with foe 7 years to my surprise i find out Altech has closed all their stores , when i called headoffice they tell me handsets are only warrantied for 12 months and they can't assist and i will have to pay for courier and to fox the phone<br> <br> i spent 4 hours on the phone with altech they customer services and sales extremely rude and unable to help nor can they out me to a manager .<br> Anyway i called Nokia SA and conformed with them that they do have a 2 year warranty and still Altech is unable to assist me.<br> <br> This is ridiculous . poor, pathetic service , I have never had this problem when i dealt directly with the store and my phones was always warrantied for 2 years
