Pathetic!!!

I was inforned in January that I was due for an upgrade. I went to Autopage at the atrium. I was helped by Stacey. I told her I would like a better package as my data usage was in excess. She noted this and gave me a better package with an extra 500mgb. As she did not have the phone I wanted she sent me to Salma at the bridge who did the upgrade for me.To my surprise my next account still in the thousands. I went to Stacey who said she could see the problem, but that I should go to Salma as she did the upgrade. I went to Salma at The Bridge who noted the problem. She said it was and early migration and i showed her the extra 500mbg i requested wasnt even on there. I clearly explained to her that I am immigrating and that I would like the issue sorted out. Like a good loyal customer still wanted to continue paying for my contract. Till now nothing has been done. Account is still climbing, I have recieved no credit and now I have recieved a lawyers letter. Pathetic, shamefull service. Quick to take money, but no help offered. I would advise no one to ever go with autopage.
