PATHECTIC RESPONCE TO CUSTOMER REQUESTS

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I have requested to amend my data bundle three months ago with promises that it would be done asap. To date three months later, no effort has been made to finalise the amendment that was promised via email and personal engagements with Altech Autopage staff.<br> <br> I am disappointed and dishearten at the poor customer service professionalism in regard to this issue. Shop managers should follow up and confirm the conclusion of customer requests.<br> <br> I will definitely not engage with Altech Autopage with future cellphone contracts.<br> <br> Furious customer!!!
