Parental control activated

I have a fairly new contract with Autopage when I took out a contract for an iphone6. The phone is great but there's a parental block which is seemingly impossible to remove. Autopage sends me to Vodafone,who in turn sends me back to Autopage. Pillar to post and no answer. I want my contract cancelled as I am not receiving a full service, which I'm paying for.
