Paing for account i cannot use

Altech Autopage service is pathetic I took out a contract ny them and since then i could use my phone Altech blames mtn but no one can fix my service .I went to the moorreesburg branch they said a sim swap will fix it but also didn't help anything ,<br> I went back in the beginning off the month they said they should phone the call centre but will only do it when they have at least 3 complaints because they have to wait on the line for 45 minutes .<br> *** kind off service is this they also don't want to cancel my contract .<br> <br> i have a new nr . *** if they do decide to contact me
