Paid up letter and Finally Blacklisted

I was An Autopage cellular client more than 5yrs back, I tried many times times to contact Autopage and the 1 who act on their behalf when it comes to collection, Called Easton-Berry. i dont really know what kind of a creature Easton is, cos i was promised to get a settlement letter after i paid up my Autopage. instead i get blacklisted even now. lastly i called them. i was told that they no longer having a record off me on their system.
