Paid up account not being updated on ITC

<p>On 30 September, 2016 I paid up an Autopage account which was in arrears. I received a letter from the Nimble group confiming settlement. The person in question is one Kogie Maharaj. Now almost 2 month later, my credit status on Transunion has still not been updated and the account still show 150+ days in arrears which has affected by credit score VERY negatively. These people are extremely quick to approach ITC on a default but the total opposite happens when an account is paid up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be taking this matter up with the Ombudsman Banking to hopefully find a resolve on the matter</p>
