Paid up account

<p>Early last year, i decided to settle my account, because i was not working anymore. i went to thier branch in Eastgate and i have spoken to the manager and he called head office on my behalf to get the settlement. And i paid in the money in full, before the end of the month. I even called in and confirmed with them. they told me that is was paid up. from the february this year i have being receiving SMSes and Phoe call from them saying that i owe them. i even told them that they must consult their account department to confirm my settlement. But they never came back to me. all i get is the phone calls and the SMS to say i owe them. And now they are saying i owe them R440. i don't understand why because they keep saying i owe them. Can someone who has my Statement of account call me, to resolve this matter. thanking you in advance. I wish i have never done business with you. i have already told my family and friends to alert them of this matter.</p>
