paid early termination fees and still being billed

I cancelled my contract prematurely in January and first had to pay a couple of thousand rand before they moved it to prepaid. Then from March they are deducting R279 of my bank account. I logged a ticket 2 weeks ago for the money to be refunded and to ensure the money doesn't get taken of my account again. Surprise surprise they deducted again R279 last night. When i followed up on Monday they said they cannot credit someone who is not a client. I must log a refund which i done in the first place. I then got transfered to accounts and the call dropped. I tried 4 times and gave up. I hope the Autopage liason will contact me by COB 2nd July or i will take legal action.
