Paid account in full but still call for settlement

Good day<br> <br> About 5 years back I had a account at Altech Autopage. I went into their office and setteled this account in full. Still every year they call me, and now continuesly for the money. I am 100% sure that this account is setteled, and never had another account with them. Due to the nature that they only started enquiring 2 years after settlement I do not have the proof of payment anymore. But surely they must be able to track the payment on my ID number or account number. Please assist me to settle this matter. They are requesting R2500 by now, and this is not due to non payment.
