Package upgrade with out my consent

I urgently need to speak to somebody senior about my account. My account has been upgraded to the most expensive package without my consent and my data bundles was cancelled. This is an ongoing problem since I lost my job. I did ask for downgrade this was done and now mt account has been upgraded.Please contact me urgently
