Overcharging on Upgrades

I was told that I am due for an upgrade on my cellphone. Thursday last week the lady phoned and I asked which phones were available. In the end I decided and she said the phone will be order. Monday I got a call saying the phone is ready and I said I will come in on Saturday. Yesterday I received a sms informing me that my contract had been extended for a further 25 months without me even signing for the new upgrade yet. I phoned them this morning and asked what this was about and was inform that when they receive the new phone I am automatically upgraded and the paperwork is just a fomality. I the asked what do I need to bring with to get the phone and was informed that I need to bring R150.00 for admin fee as well as R140.00 for a sim swop. I really feel that these fees are exorbitant and total ridiculous. I have subsequently cancel the upgrade. I feel cheated.
