Overcharging

Over charging<br> I took out a contract for a tablet at Autopage. The data was 500MB (MTN 500MB Broadband)@ R99pm. After a few months I went to the store to add more data to my account. The account was changed to a MTN 2GB Broadband and I was supposed to receive 2 GB of data every month. The total amount that I need to pay was R343.50. The contract was signed and submitted on the 16 July 2014.<br> <br> After a few months we realized that I was paying between R400 - R500 per month. After lots of phone calls and complaining did we realize the contract was never loaded on their side and I got billed for the additional data (despite the extra 2GB that was supposed to be added to my account). I reported the matter on 25 Feb 2015, and until today, I am still waiting for feedback or just a reply<br> <br> Autopage Head office nor the Polokwane store gets back to me, with an answer of help. Despite various calls and emails.<br>
