Overcharging
I got a top up bill for a year now that was R300 a month last month they made it a open contract of R30 00 that I never agree too.When I ask staff at zevenwaght they told me not to worry everything fine.To my surprise my bill for November was R 868 when I contact them they was so rude and blame me.So I when to autopage in sanlam where they explain what happen and that my bill will be R800 again for December that why I never received a statement so please help me to get my money back.
