Overcharged on contract!! Struggling to get refund

I am struggling to have my query resolved successfully. This has been going on for many months now. They've now even added a 2GB bundle to my account this month, and I HAVE NOT REQUESTED IT!!!! Another way to ***** money from me!!!<br> I have a contract where I am supposed to receive 1 GB data free per month. I was informed that for some reason their system cannot load this to my account. I have thus been charged out of bundle rates for that 1GB, which amounts to R1013.76 per month. <br> In previous months I have taken out a 2GB bundle additional, where I was charged half price for a few months, to cover the 1GB free. However, the last few months I paid full price for the 2GB and again had to pay for any data above 2GB, thus still not getting my additional 1GB free.<br> I have been refunded three times now, but still the 1 GB can't be added successfully to my account.<br> To date, they overcharged me with R 9070.55 of which only R 4615.33 was refunded so far, thus they still owe me R 4455.22 (incl.
